When all that information is corrupted by excess consumption of sugar, a jam up occurs where the many nerves go into one, usually on the right side. This causes the vertebra to rotate out of alignment. The disc often bulges and presses on the nerve causing nerve pain that often runs down the arm. Eventually, this disc can herniate or deteriorate so that there is constant pain from the pressure on the nerve. Diet and a few supplements is often all it takes to fix this issue.</p>
