Real Life Experience with Diet Plans
If you ever wondered like most people do does this diet plan work? As many of us have, you’ve probably searched the internet to find something that will make you loose the extra flab, make you look good and feel good. I am not promising you anything out of ordinary but if you just follow my directions I can promise you that you will lose a little more weight than you have been.
All you need to do to achieve this weight loss is Focus your mind, Get up really early in the morning. Try having a glass of Luke warm water with a spoonful of honey and a few drops of lime. After say about 5 minutes have an apple and then head to the Gym or go for a jog. Make sure you start your workout with doing Cardio exercises for about 20 minutes followed by freehand exercises like a bit of stretching and working out with a Gym ball. Afterwords you could go to weight training, cross training and lunges etc.
Make sure you have 6 meals a day, have as much water as you can. Have high fiber diets like that of Corn, Lean meat etc. Allow 3 hours to pass from the time you ate your last meal until the time you consume your next.The punch line is eat more times then you normally do but eat small meals. Every 15 days do a liquid diet plan to detoxify your body’s internal system. Try to do breathing exercises like breathing in and holding the breath for about 5 seconds and breathing out slowly. Avoid having rice, sweets just for that period. Avoid eating vegetable like Potato, Avoid high card diets, Ice Creams, Chocolates and you’ll be a changed person in about 3 months.
